The decision was taken at a cabinet meeting of the Jharkhand government chaired by Chief Minister Hemant Soren. According to which, all the employees and pensioners who are getting salary as per the 5th, 6th and 7th pay commission of the state government will get more than 3% salary allowance from 1st July 2021.
