Update details in PAN card like this
1: Visit the official website of NSDL e-governance www.tin-nsdl.com.
2: Under Services section, click on "PAN".
3: Click on “Apply” under “Change/Correction in PAN Data” section.
4: From the 'Application Type' dropdown menu, select 'Change or Correction in PAN Data/ Reprinting of PAN Card.
5: Select the correct category of appraiser from the 'Category' dropdown menu
6: Enter your name, date of birth, email address and mobile number in it.
7: Enter the captcha and click "Submit".
8: Your request will be registered and token number will be sent to the email id provided by you. T
9: You will be redirected to the form. There are three options to submit your documents, “Submit scanned photo via e-sign on NSDL e-gov
10: Then enter all the required details like father's name, mother's name (optional), your aadhaar number and click on next.
11: You will then be redirected where you can update your address.
12: Upload all required documents like address proof, age proof, identity proof and PAN.
13: You have to sign the declaration and click on "Submit".
14: After that the payment will be redirected. Payment can be made through Demand Draft, Net Banking and Credit Card/Debit Card.
15: An acknowledgment slip will be generated on payment. The applicant should take a print of it and send it to the NSDL e-gov office along with the physical attestations of the documents. Two photographs have to be affixed in the space provided and signed
