Every year, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS)
invites banking aspirants to apply for the positions of Officers (Scale I,
Scale II, and Scale III) and Office Assistants in all of the country’s
participating Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). Every year, IBPS runs the IBPS RRB
Exam for selection to the positions of Assistant and Officer Cadre in Regional
Rural Banks (RRBs) across the country. The IBPS RRB Exam is similar to the

can submit their online applications from June 1 to June 21, 2023. The
application forms will be submitted for the final time after the application

IBPS RRB Notification 2023: IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel
Selection) has begun the online registration procedure and published the
notification for the IBPS Clerk PO Exam for the year 2023 on the bank’s
official website (ibps.in), in competition with CRP RRB -XII. Eligible and
interested applicants should apply online at the bank’s website between June 1
and June 21, 2023.
There will be around 8600 vacancies for the posts of Office
Assistant (Clerk), Officer Scale-I/PO (Assistant Manager), Officer Scale 2
(Manager), and Office Scale 3 (Senior Manager) for Regional Rural Banks across
the country. The examination would be administered using the Common Recruitment
Process (CRP for RRBs- XII).
The exam will be divided into two sections for Office Assistant
(Clerk) and Officer Scale 1 (PO) positions. Officer Scale 2 and 3 will,
however, have a single exam. In its test calendar, the bank has set the IBPS
RRB Clerk test and IBPS RRB PO Exam for August 5, 6, 12, 13, and 19, 2023. On
September 10, 2023, the IBPS RRB Officer Scale 2 and 3 Exam will be held.

IBPS RRB Clerk 2023 Exam Pattern
The exam pattern for the selection to the post of Office
Assistant is quite different to that of the exam pattern for the selection to
the post of Officer Grade. For IBPS RRB Assistant 2023, the Exam will be
conducted in two phases:

Mains Exam
No interview process will be conducted for selecting candidates
for the post of Office Assistant. Selection will be made purely on the marks
obtained by the candidate in his/her Mains Examination.
